This website (panovo.myn.to) is a purely static information page. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no contact forms, and embeds no third-party content (such as external fonts, maps or videos).

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer URL, and browser/operating-system identifiers. This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted according to the hosting provider’s standard retention periods.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of your request) solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Data processing in the Panovo app

The Panovo iOS app collects no personal data whatsoever. All projects, panoramas and hotspots are stored exclusively on your device. There are no accounts, no cloud connection and no analytics. Photo selection uses the iOS system picker; the app only receives the images you explicitly select. Optional credentials for your own web server are stored solely in the iOS keychain on the device. Tours exported by Panovo contain no tracking or analytics features either.

This website links to external services (e.g. the Apple App Store and myn.to). When you follow these links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
